[theme-reviewers] Theme submission

Probably because the only people who see the ticket responses is the reviewer and the submitter and he wants someone else to get involved in it.

Why is this being asked *here*, instead of in-ticket? 

Please attempt to resolve in-ticket, with the original Theme reviewer, *first*. And then, if you can't resolve the issue, ask for an admin to intervene.
