[theme-reviewers] Author URI - a ThemeForest-like marketplace

Hi all,

I'm reviewing http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6507
The Author URI is http://wpmarket.net/. Judging by the "Personal" and
"Extended" licenses that are offered (there is no other license text to be
found on the site), the themes sold there are not GPL-compatible.

Is this a ground for immediate rejection?

PS: The theme has a good number of additional issues, so it won't be
approved anyway - if that matters.
