I am hoping to create a blog/website for my small scale web enterprise using
Wordpress.

 

Would someone recommend to me a wordpress theme business or non business I
could use which could accommodate the following main features:

 

ü  A home page divided into two distinct vertical sections on same page as
follow:

 

1.       The left section to be as a Blog page

 

This side should have a usual vertical listing of article or story sub
headlines which once clicked opens into a full article with facility for
postings at the bottom

 

2.       The right section to be as an Advertising Web page

 

This side should have a vertical listing (prefixed with pictorial inserts)
of product type sub headlines which when clicked will open to yet another
vertical listing of different towns/cities for choosing and clicking to view
specific product ads in respective towns/cities

 

This page should provide facility for daily ad posting, editing and  or
removal/ archiving for expired ads.

 

ü  Other common features on both blog and website home page may remain the
same
