[theme-reviewers] Proper Theme Slug Use

The repository is automated (but can be manually over-ridden by someone
with the necessary privileges such as what is done for the Twenty-something
themes); this also applies to themes "uploaded" via Appearance | Themes >
Add New; independent installations of themes (as in via FTP to your site)
can have any folder name you want to use, but under Appearance | Themes you
will still see the Theme Name as it is entered into the style.css header
block.
