[theme-reviewers] The 1140px CSS Grid System License

Theme Reviewers,

I've spotted couple of Themes in Trac using The 1140px CSS Grid System
http://cssgrid.net. Great stuff, however this particular grid system is
licensed under Creative Commons License and as you are already aware of, no
CC License is GPL-Compatible. 1140px does not have any license notes in
files (which was tricky) but it's clearly displayed on the above mentioned
site and you can see the screenshot here

It's such a shame that good stuff like 1140px Grid isn't licensed
"properly" or at least for WordPress Repository distribution.
