[theme-reviewers] Problem with Theme uploading

At a minimum, you would need to remove every reference to t-online.de (a
telecom site) from the Theme. Beyond that, I cannot say. The authority to
block/unblock usernames is outside of the control of the Theme Review Team.
You will likely need to ask Otto directly.
