[theme-reviewers] Sync to extend

Normally I'm perfectly happy to wait for my theme to be synced to the
repo.  But due to a bug in the option framework and error on my part for
not fully testing a major bug was introduced in my theme.  I'd appreciate
it very much if I could get this version:
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/7354 synced when someone could get
a chance.
