I haven't found the box to comment for my theme so I write a email for my incomprehension

For the name theme: In fact, I named for my theme " Hot cook" but I received a message:
This name is areadly used. Please tell me if I can use this name for my theme?

For the Credit Links. for Theme URL I use http://softwareoutsourcing.biz/wptemplates/w003/
For the Author URL I use http://softwareoutsourcing.biz/templates/list/thumbnail

Somebody can tell me if it will work ?
