[theme-reviewers] WP Theme Approved/ What's Next?

Hello All,

We have submitted a theme for review and it was approved by Arnold Goodway on May 10, 2011 (WordPress Trac #3709).

However, it is still not available on http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/.

Can someone please tell me if there is something that o need to do on my end?  

Is there a normal wait of a week or more from approval to being pushed live?
