[theme-reviewers] Features Themes

I know this was discussed a while back but I just wanted to see if anything has progressed with figuring out how or which themes are displayed under the Featured Themes in the theme directory. I have had my Magazine Basic theme in the top ten Most Popular themes for quite a while but it has never managed to make its way onto that list.
