[theme-reviewers] Sorry, Otto, you just don't get it

In the end, I sincerely believe in listening to the ultimate end users
of WordPress. I believe in giving polite and kind support, and answering
questions as well as I am able. I don't believe I'm the only one who
knows what is right.

I challenge you to just spend some time reading the Weaver support
forum, and seeing the right way to handle users. I think you'll find my
answers (and the answers from other users) caring and gentle. I don't
dismiss their questions, nor belittle them. I actually listen to what
they are saying. And I believe, for the most part, they have meaningful
and valid points.

And I get lots of unsolicited gratitude for the many capabilities of my
theme. In spite of what you may think, I believe in the end the users
have the correct big picture. And I think WordPress.org has an
obligation to allow and support all kinds of free themes, even those
with hundreds of options.

Your own "I know better than anyone else" attitude is offensive.
