[theme-reviewers] wordpress updater isn't updating complete theme

I noticed on an install today that the broken theme is still available through the updater in the admin interface. I was able to download it just a few minutes ago, though it's rolled back here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/wpfolio

I'm worried about inexperienced users upgrading, breaking their sites, and then worst part - contacting me for support. The horror.

Is there anything that can be done?
