[theme-reviewers] is there a way to check if a theme is in preview mode?

is there some function to check if a theme is in preview mode, something
like in_preview() ?

the problem is that ?preview=1&template=theme&stylesheet=theme

is not ran in an auto css generated file (i enqueue this .php css file)
