[theme-reviewers] Spam links reported in Theme Repo

@Otto - LoL. You are correct. I didn't even think to check Trac ... as soon
as I saw the spam URI that was enough to set it aside.
I should have noted the URI in the first review ... it's amazing how much we
have grown and extended the guidelines since then.
