[theme-reviewers] Theme preview still shows the old version on theme repository.

My theme was updated on the repository 3 weeks back, but its still showing
the screenshot and preview form the older version.

Whats wrong with using add_submenu_page in themes. I have two options pages
for my theme, so i gave it a separate menu below the appearance tab.

When was the add_theme_page function added?
