Steira 1.0.1 has been resubmitted with everything from the previous review addressed—with two small exceptions.

1. There's still no fallback for esc_textarea(). Don't worry about getting to this one before 3.1 is released. :)
2. "Oversized images should be resized. It's good that they don't break the content though." I prefer not to introduce new image sizing experiences to older themes if it can be helped. It can be disruptive to users who expect images to crop in certain ways.
