[theme-reviewers] Selenium automated tests

Hello Reviewers,

I thought it might be possible to reduce the frontend test time of a theme
review by recording a Selenium test. By a given test unit data (as is the
case for the theme review) it is probably possible to record the whole
process navigating through the menu items, posts and pages one by one. This
could be done in a series of tests due to few differences between the themes
and different components such as menu changed and so on (though this could
also be automated).

I did some tests but my main concern was the scrolling (I wanted a smooth
and slow scroll to be able to see index page and image test more carefully)
which has to be implemented by javascript or some other external api.

Is there anyone who has done this or interested to do some test to be used
together with the theme check plugins?
