[theme-reviewers] Theme description in Spanish

Hello, reviewers,

One of my trainee assignments is in Spanish -
http://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4839 . The readme is in English, but
it includes a "Thank you" notice only.

Is it automatic rejection of theme submission or, so to speak, description
should be in English as a requirement, right?
