[theme-reviewers] Asking for a new reviewer

I can see that and I understand your concern, but we must follow the
protocol :) If the Theme isn't reviewed in timely manner than we can go
and reassign the ticket to another person. Since this is a priority #2 it
should be done very quickly. This would be no problem if your ticket is 7+
days old and since it's just 12 hours let's wait please.
