[theme-reviewers] Request to Review Theme

Hi Shawn,

Thank you. Late as it may be, just came back from dinner out with friends, I
added some comments at the end. As for the theme checks, this was done on a
fresh new install in one of my test sites with version 1.0.5 of said theme
using FF4.0.
