[theme-reviewers] Themes directory upgrade

I just finished upgrading the themes directory to the latest bbPress
(same as ideas/plugins/support), so keep an eye out for anything
behaving oddly. If you find something broken, email me directly about
it and I'll fix it.

On the plus side, your logins there should now be unified across
plugins/support/etc. So logging into the theme directory won't make
the support forums forget who you are and vice-versa.
