[theme-reviewers] question on widget areas

All widgets must display correctly in all widget areas.
 
The theme has a 140px high widget area that partly displays page lists, tags etc, 
but does not display the full calendar,
 
Is it ok to require the theme author to fix the display of the calendar, but ignore the other widgets?
Its obvious in the design that high widgets wont fit, but the calendar isn't very high in its nature, its normally just a square block.
