Agree, recommended.

Agree.

No. Trackbacks/Pingbacks need to flow in the natural way as they come
in. To me, they are part of the conversation (like comments) and
separating them would break the cronological order in which they were
sent. I would suggest to differentiate them visually, but not to move
them off the regular list of comments. A checkbox that says "show
Trackbacks/Pingbacks" on top of the comments list would be ideal.

Remove the "Permalink should be displayed on each post" (can't
remember the exact wording for this point). Tricky, yet not even the
official TwentyTen theme has this link (thus fails the Unit Test when
there's no post title).
