[theme-reviewers] Golf Algarve Themes

Just having a quick look at the Theme and Author URI as noted on the Trac
ticket makes me thing this theme is more about advertising the golf tourist
trade than providing a WordPress theme.

This should be kept in mind once the author decides which one they will be
going forward with.
