[theme-reviewers] Golf Algarve Themes

I'm seeing several tickets all for the same (or incredibly similar) Theme
from "Golf Algarve Portugal". For example, here's the
latest<https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/1774>(with links to
others)

If you run into any more such Themes, please refer to the comments on the
previous tickets. I've instructed the author to choose ONE Theme name, and
to address the credit link issues.
