[theme-reviewers] Extend forum pulling approved themes

Just a quick question about the extend forum, probably for Andrew or Otto.
After a theme is approved by the review team how long before it appears in
the extend forum.  Is there a scheduled job to pull all the approved tickets
or does it have to be done manually.  I checked the recently updated section
and saw that the latest updated theme, aside from 3 buddypress themes, was
approved almost two days ago.  There have been many since then that have
been marked as approved.
