My 2 cents: Themes should be original. Copying an existing website
(especially a well known one) should not be allowed in the repo.

Copying the look and or feel of something else that is not a website
is debatable. If it's unique enough and just sorta reminds you of that
thing, then I'd say that's fine. There's some creativity there, in
that you're making a website out of the look of something else which
is not a website.
