Is there any way to respond to ticket feedback? For example, the 
feedback posted points out quite
correctly that this theme is and "add-on" to Twenty Ten, but does not 
take into account that it is not
possible to upload child-themes to this site.

And in fact if this theme were uploaded with no mention to Twenty Ten, 
then the reception of the reviewer
might be totally different.

I find myself in a very frustrating limbo - this is a really good theme 
that provides features not found in very
many of the current themes, even if it is a child theme which can't 
actually be posted to the WP theme collection.

My solution was to submit a complete version that avoids the unsolved 
child theme issues - is the parent installed,
which version, which version is compatible with which other version, etc.
