Hello Joseph,

it should be working now. First, I removed the jquery-1.2.6.min.js and are 
calling the WP jquery from header.php.

Second, I increased the menu width, so the WP export data pages are filling 
all in one line now. The menu has a limit of pages like in all WP themes, 
but I made sure to comply with all WP export data. I have a sample WP 
installation here, with WordPress 3.0 RC installed and director with WP 
export data sample XML: http://www.flagstheme.com/

Uploaded the new ZIP file to WordPress.

But anyway, if you notice any other issues, let me know and I will make to 
fix it.
