[theme-reviewers] Draft WXR File

All,

I have uploaded a new test-data WXR file. I blew away my old testbed,
which means that the importer will not be able to find the images linked
from the old WXR file.

Here's the updated version:

Hi Chip;

I've just re-installed my test install (using the nightly build this time)
for review and tried to make use of this WXR file.

I am not picking up the images using it, yet when I use the old test data it
does pick up the images.

Have you created a newer version to work from and I missed the message?
