[theme-reviewers] Theme Submission - Cool Down

It looks like we will be reviewing this theme soon.  Out of 118 items in 
the review queue currently, Cool Down is currently number 5 (4 ahead of 
it).  With the holiday weekend, I would presume we will not make as much 
progress, but you should receive a response soon.  See
