[theme-reviewers] Priority for themes supporting 3.0 features?

As much as the new features and additional functionality that WP3.0 offers,
I still believe it is the most fair consideration of the current themes in
the queue to review them in a first submitted first reviewed. This is in no
way meant to dissuade theme authors from adding these new options but IIRC,
the last I looked there may still be a few themes pre-3.0 release that
needed to be addressed. Should they be passed over? Personally, I think not.
