Yeah Fucifer, something as minor as the float if its the last thing on the list can be a recommendation for the next update the author does, its too little of a thing to worry about especially with a pre-approved theme.

Regarding the layout test on this theme, it seems that you and I are using different versions of the test data, my copy doesn’t have the floated image in the layout test however the floated image in the image test post is clearing properly.

Looks good to me, a little verbose for a pre-approved theme but nevertheless.    On pre-approved themes they've already been through the process so its okay to just cut to the chase on why its not approved.

Yeah in libs/Constructor/Admin.php he's not specifying a direct hook to only his admin screens so they're all over the place.

I’ll double check, but it seems to be just this theme, and the only Plugins I have installed are the usual theme testing ones.

You sure it is not because of any plugins? Often if you have a plugin that has conflicting JS libraries this is the case.
