[theme-reviewers] Mataram Theme

Just a fore-warning: whomever reviews any future revision to the
*Mataram *Theme
(or, likely, any Theme by "*All Free CMS*"), please use a fine-toothed comb.
The first five minutes found both an incompatible license (CC) in
header.php, and a "do not remove footer credit links" statement in
readme.txt. I halted the review at this point, so I don't know what else
might be in the Theme - but I suspect that it is likely to have more issues
regarding Guideline criteria.
