One of the points that is so 'avidly' brought up is the knowledge of the where and why something is required and how to adjust their themes accordingly.   This documentation is readily available on the codex, if it is not it should be adjusted as so.   Regarding this as well I'm proposing that we 'link' to the appropriate documentation in the theme review; or create a separate codex page under the theme_review page that itemizes it with more information that the developer can look at.

This will assist in 'levelling up' those developers with readily accessable information, as in example:


=> Floats not clearing at the end of posts and pages.  http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Unit_Test#Clearing_Floats 

And in that portion give a more verbose explanation of common problems why its not clearing and an explanation of what to do to clear it.

I believe since Otto is inclined to want this, maybe he should consider working on the documentation upgrade for this.  Although I believe it's the codex for the functions them self that should have this information inside of it, the other area's that are not covered should as well be addressed.
