Seriously, though: as for Themes with SEO/spam links, I think it's probably
okay just to close and move on, since the vast majority of the time, the
SEO/spam link is indicative of motives not well-suited for repository hosted
Themes (I think that's the most polite way I can put that).

Maybe the automated script can grep all external links in a Theme, and they
can be output/listed in the Ticket? Or is that asking too much?
