[theme-reviewers] dyeing themes

Fail, not-accepted.

Theme's need to have options that are new and individual to the theme different then another theme of it's type, otherwise it's just a badly made child theme.  And child themes are not accepted (at this time)

  How do you guys proceed with themes that are based on existing one (TwentyTen most often) and their main distinction from the original is a different color used into layout? 
  Technically the theme passes all required tests but there is no creativity just dyeing. 

  Personally I think they make such 'themes' only to put some links in footer :)
