[wp-hackers] Differentiating nightlies and betas

What about just a forum for the current major release, then maybe one
for the current beta/RC and one for the nightlies?  The only real
support would come in the major release forum, and the other forums
can help themselves.  Maybe its too much hassle, but it would help
keep things more organized.
