Hi Carthik!

Thanks for looking into this.  I (finally) took some time to see
what's happening.

The problem turned out to be the character set used in the messages
that Mosquito emails to me: windows-1252

Any chance that ISO-8859-1 could be used instead?  Until now anything
matching the following regexp has been sure spam:

CHARSETS=Big5|GB2312|ISO-2022-JP|KOI8-R|ks_c_5601-1987|Windows-125[124]

I've removed "2" from inside the brackets for now... :-/
