[wp-hackers] A Hook for File-Upload

Hi!

A feature request: add a hook to file upload so that when a file is
uploaded it is called with the name of the file, it's given caption and
wether a thumbnail was created. That way tools to handle pictures could
hook in the normal file upload. This would come in very handy for a new
photo plugin I am writing. Currently I have to go to a management screen
and fill in the details in a table manually, the hook would allow me to
do this automatically.
