I'm not using Spamkarma myself, but I've had a bit of trouble lately with 
both Exhibit and Spaminator not working anymore after upgrading (you _did_ 
run the upgrade script, right?). Disabling these plugins, logging out, 
logging in, and reenabling the plugins solved my problems. It may be worth a 
try :)
