[wp-hackers] Staticize plugin issue

Just CVS up'd and found that if you don't have have a staticize-cache
directory AND wp-content isn't writable by the apache process, you can't
get off the error page, even if you click the deactivate link.

Short answer: The deactivate link doesn't work.
Long answer: The 'die' on line 20 of the plugin is being called before
the URL gets to the plugin page to deactivate it.

Solution: Make wp-content writable, but this could really freak out
someone that didn't know what was going on.

Real solution: Someone else fix it, I've been sick all weekend.
