Question:
1.2 user upgrades to 1.3
They make the single change in index.php for comments.
Their install will work just fine.

Without making any other changes to their existing code, can they use 
and switch between Themes as they wish, and also to and from their 
original presentation ?
(Assume they download Themes from someone else)

If they can, my life just got simpler.
If they cannot, at least I'll know. I'll sigh a lot, but I'll know.
