[wp-hackers] Installation dead

I have since discovered that this is a problem with the 4.3.10 version
of PHP (released very recently and installed on my host's server this
morning) and a previous version of the Zend Optimizer. My host just
apparently did it in the wrong order and broke everyone on their
servers. Hope this doesn't hit anyone else, because it's rather
mindblowing trying to wrap your head around.
