 Great so I'm halted in my tracks and can't do any work until I've sorted
 out some tools and likely wasted a productive morning, sidetracked to
 wrestling with package installs ''*sigh*''

 @netweb we would need to update the package.json css-lint version number
 wouldn't we?

 I do hope 'pseudoelement' is simply a reference to a given instance of
 colons used and not literal as there are actually two psuedo properties
 'elements' and 'classes'
