>From the discussion long ago, I believe bozo is a feature where you
can set certain users into a 'bozo' mode, where you don't want to be
so impolite as to ban them from the forum, so instead you put them in
bozo mode, which makes their posts seem as if they appeared for that
user while they don't show for anyone else (except an administrator,
with special bozo styling to distinguish them.
