[bbDev] Uninstalling bbpress

I got rid of all the tables that started with bb_
 
Everything left starts with wp_ or bad_behavior
 
I did wipe the files and try to start over, and that didn't change anything because it still sees it as installed.
 
This is what I see right now.  It won't let me install or upgrade.

You're certain you've gotten rid of all the tables?

I suppose you could also wipe the files (less bb-config) and start
with a fresh download.
