[bbDev] TimeZone For Users

Is the timezone issues that users are experiencing part of future
versions or if someone is interested, should it be a plugin?
Obviously, this arises out of posts about the server time being
different than users and either post times are wrong or freshness can
be really wrong (especially into past with -1year)   Just thought I
would ask because my understanding is that user timezones will most
likely not be part of core of bbpress, but I am not sure.
