[bbDev] Redirect is caused by tag name being drawn from URL

Ok. I guess I'm wrong about the tag. It isn't part of the permalink passed
to the redirect. I'm lost. I followed the functions through and there is no
error. However, it does look like redirecting
http://northcountryguide.com/tourism/carptalk/tags.php?tag=
To
http://northcountryguide.com/tourism/carptalk/tags.php
Would create an infinite loop. I can find no reason why the bulletin board
should be doing this. No files modified.

I have an install on a subdomain here: http://orums.skepticalfaith.com  that
works fine. I am lost ...

As I mentioned earlier, I do not have mod_rewrite enabled for this
directory, yet this line:
   $permalink = get_tag_link( $permalink, $page );
Is pulling the tag name "tourism" from my url. I do not have a tag named
"tourism" so this causes an infinite loop as it returns to tags to look for
another tag and finds "tourism" once more.

What can I do?
