[bbDev] Infinite Loop Code Debugging

I've isolated the problem further. Everything works ok through line 1354 in
functions.php. This is where the redirect is called.
 
At that point, my permalink output for the redirect is:
http://northcountryguide.com/tourism/carptalk/tags.php?tag= 
 
Unfortunately the call to either header function is creating an infinite
loop on this URL. Any ideas?

software that BBPress is becoming.
